I've always believed that we rise by lifting others. Chausie is a way of empowering the women of Nepal, giving them the means to support their families and rebuild their lives, using their traditional skills to do so.

Working in fair conditions with fair pay means these artisans can honour their talents, make a living for themselves and their families, and avoid falling into other work that thrives on injustice, such as human trafficking, a reality for many in Nepal.
