2/ Cool! What type of bracelets will I get?
It's a surprise, although we can tell you that you will not be disappointed with a combination of exclusive patterned and solid on trend bracelets. It will feel like your birthday every month!
3/ What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime (we know you won't want to though)! No lock in contracts. No questions asked. Just email us at chausiebracelets@gmail.com. It's that easy!
What to expect: Orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of first purchase. Your card will be charged on the 7th of each month and you should receive your exclusive bracelets around the 15th of every month.
Shipping
We use Australia Post.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chausiebracelets@gmail.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any items in total of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
