All orders are shipped via courier with authority to leave. We do not ship to PO Boxes so please give a physical address. If you require a signature please let us know and we can arrange alternative shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders. Order as many as you like!
Express shipping is available for only $5.00 (this is a great option for those wanting to send to a PO Box).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping estimates are 3 - 7 days to most areas within Australia. Western Australia orders may take longer. If you have not received your package within 10 days please let us know and we follow it up with the courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping is a flat rate $14.95 AUD.
What are Chausie bracelets made from?
High quality Japanese glass beads that are crocheted together using a technique that the makers have perfected over many years.
One size fits just about everyone! Chausie Kids are size 6 inch, ladies size are 7.5 inch, Chausie Man 8 inch. Kids size are recommended for 6 years and under.

Of course! That's the beauty of Chausie bracelets, you can wear them to the beach, yoga, gym and even the shower. Why take them off?
Will the beads fade?
Some types of beads may fade overtime with wear, water, and sunlight as to be expected with these types of wear.
Refunds and Returns
Returns - We except returns if an item is faulty and returned within 1 month of purchase.
Refunds - If you change your mind and have not received a tracking number we will refund the full amount. Unfortunately we can not refund if you have already received a tracking number.

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 2 months of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all instructions carefully. If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.
